A Return to Love
Join me on a 3-week Journey with a small circle of wise women on the path of deep feminine remembrance.
Together, we will hold space to receive and integrate the deep feminine wisdom stream, emerging into more sensuality, self-trust and freedom to Be.
Supported to finally live life on our own terms, untangled from self-doubt, insecurity, guilt and fear.
You can get out of your own way and release your current limitations. You just need to go deeper.
During this 3 week journey we will work on the levels of mind, body, soul. energy and consciousness in a soft, supportive and playful space.
Each week, we will focus on a strand, a frequency, or an expression of the Deep Feminine. We will look at where we thrive with this and where we still feel blocked or limited. There will be a teaching, time for guided self-exploration, sharing in circle and an infusion of energy work through a guided journey.
Week 1: Ease, Pleasure and Play
Week 2: Sensing the Unseen
Week 3: Loving Presence
This journey is for Women (trans and cis, nonbinary/gender fluid people are also welcome if they feel called) already on a path of inner work. For those who have discovered a conscious relationship with Self, whether that is through therapy, meditation, yoga, energy work, or other spiritual paths.
Together, we will release the conditioning that blocks the flow of this stream of consciousness and anchor our Soul into new depths of love, pleasure and trust. Community connection and being in a field of collective presence allows space and opportunity for integration. We are in a period of great change and we need to find/create these spaces for us to integrate all we are moving through at this time.
You will emerge more free, at ease and boldly in your power, with new tools and awareness to dance with any blocks and limits that arise as you continue on your path.
Your guide on this journey is Sarah Skinner, an Integrative Psychotherapist with 8 years of experience and a professional Astrologer. Sarah's passion is weaving together knowledge and practices from psychodynamic psychotherapy, transpersonal psychotherapy, spiritual schools of wisdom, embodiment and Astrology to find truth, freedom, and opportunities for magic and play.
Oct 7th, 14th and 21st
There will be a live call every Monday at 7pm-9pm GMT/Irish time. The call will be recorded but it is hoped people will attend live as best they can.
There will also be a Telegram group for the 3weeks of the group journey where I will share extra exercises, meditations and transmissions. We can also keep in touch here over the three weeks, maintaining the group field and offering extra support and space for everyone involved.
